Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Key West Fantasy Shop. We will make every effort to make things right, should you receive a defective item or we have made some sort of mistake in the production process.
You can return an unused, undecorated item still in its original packaging for a refund within 15 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after that time, except in the case of defective merchandise or mistakes in personalization/customization. In the case of defective merchandise or mistakes in personalization/customization, you have 15 days from receipt of the item to contact Key West Fantasy Shop about a return authorization.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We only accept returns on defective merchandise or mistakes that we made in the production process. In those cases, a corrected version will be issued as a replacement.
All exchanges must have prior approval before shipping. Return authorization number will be given once we receive a written ‘Return Request’ (via email). Send email to keywestfantasyshop@gmail.com.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
